Delete your JumpNow account

Deleting your account erases your name, email, phone number, location and notification settings, and signs you out of every device. Records of past jobs and payments are kept for up to 7 years without your contact details, as required for tax and dispute purposes.

If you have a jump in progress, finish or cancel it first. Jumpers: any money already sent to Stripe still pays out to your bank.

Can't sign in? Email support@jumpnow.app from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove it within 7 days.
